I spent a long time choosing which cleaning robot to buy. After a long time, I bought a ROBOROCK S7+ If it can be recommended and you have more space, then definitely buy the MAX, where there are tanks for clean and dirty water. Then you can really devote yourself to changing the water and dirt once in a while. Even so, this smaller version is great and cleaning the dust tank is enough once a month depending on the size of the apartment or how dusty it is. I can only compare with the old type of iRomba and this is simply somewhere else in terms of generation. I looked at the reviews and it confirms what I saw. I see this as a peak for 2022.
Relatively quiet
It vacuums very well.
Satisfied with mopping. A water tank of approx. 80 square meters is sufficient for basic wiping, no problem.
No trash bags needed. But it can be supplemented if someone is allergic.
Intelligent division of rooms and areas. Can be combined in different ways and cleaned gradually.
Remote control via camera if there is an obstacle somewhere.
Multiple floors can be entered.
Low so it' s no problem to get almost anywhere.
Don' t fall down the stairs: -)
It has no problem crossing thresholds and small bumps up to 1.5 cm. I don' t have a higher one.
It will take a photo if it encounters an obstacle. So you can find out in retrospect what prevented the cleaning.
The cable at the base can be wound.
Easy replacement of stressed parts such as mop, brushes, etc.
The app shows the percentages when they should be replaced
The price matches the quality and capabilities.
Variability of vacuuming, i. e. increases/decreases power as needed.
The water tank must be topped up regularly. If it doesn' t mop, it doesn' t matter.
A little worried about spare parts in the longer term. It is China after all.
Perhaps more complex editing of mapped spaces. Subjective impression.
Czech is missing in the application and in the overall control of the robot. A subjective impression and someone may not mind at all.

It vacuums and mops great
Completely independent, it successfully avoids obstacles and cleans the whole room without having to pre-tidy / remove possible obstacles.
