This is our first robotic cleaner, and it exceeded our expectations. It is working really well, and it is necessary to do “usual” cleaning only once in several months. I was worried about construction of water tanks, but they are designed in a good way and should not leak. The main drawback for us is that it cleans very close to walls and other obstacles, often even touching them. So it always messes with electric cables. Also, if there is something on the floor and you remove it during cleaning, it will not clean that place. I would not expect such silly issues with 600 EUR device. The used water tank smells very badly when you open it, so it is better to empty it after every cleaning. As always, official dust bags and other items are rather expensive. Also, drying of mops takes about 2 hours and during that time there is a noise from fans which can be disturbing or distracting. Finally, Roborock invests too much in advertising, and it is almost not possible to see true reviews of their devices from bloggers. But this device is actually good, and I recommend it.
