The first lock delivered suffered from a surface defect. The type - spots ( finger touch ) and drops that occurred probably during the finishing touches and someone simply "touched" the button directly.
So we packed it up and sent it back for a claim.
Claims - In exchange
The second piece delivered though, after the costs associated with shipping and waiting again, finally arrived within a week. The workmanship is better, but the lock still arrived with minor defects at the keyhole.
But the biggest minus I see is That even after a complaint for aesthetics, a 100% piece that one would have wanted did not come. This is also due to the completely broken plastic card that is included for service/duplication purposes.
