I was very pleasantly surprised by this rice cooker and cooking with it is much more convenient than I expected. Before I got it, I was a little worried about having so many features because my old rice cooker was a completely primitive one-button model. The first few days it took me a bit of a struggle to find my way around - mainly because of the instructions, where the parts are described in a rather confusing "put the D4 bowl into the B bowl" style and after switching from a regular rice cooker, one is left wondering what is what: D The controls themselves are surprisingly simple and intuitive though, so once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze. I especially appreciate the extremely quiet operation and very easy maintenance - the individual parts are easy to wash and the rice does not burn at all. I was quite worried at first about the opening button, lest the rice cooker somehow slide down the counter when pressed, but the design is surprisingly stable, everything holds firmly in place. Overflow protection has saved me several times. I have been saved several times by the overflow protection, when a little water is spilled clumsily during handling, the special gutter catches everything and then you just wipe it off. My most used feature is Low Sugar. The preparation is basically the same as for the regular program, but the rice does not stick at all and you immediately feel better that you are doing something for your health: D I also appreciate the Keep Warm mode - the rice can be cooked well in advance and it stays warm until I need to serve it. Plus, the appliance looks nice and modern - a bit like Baymax from the Big Six: D I use it for cooking soups and morning porridges besides rice. For me a great purchase.

I definitely recommend the product, what it is supposed to do, it does great.
