I was looking for a GPS for bikepacking, as a safety feature in case of bike theft. Battery life is fine for 4 days of continuous all-day riding (140-150 km/day). Since I use it purely as a locator in case of theft and I don't need e-call or recording, I have data off on my phone while driving and it seems to me that in this case the GPS uses the battery slower.

Everywhere it says that the payment is 100, - /month and it is paid only for the months when the device was turned on, but in the app is set to pay for 3 months at once and you can not set less
I would welcome the option to choose no mode. Currently, you can choose between security, e-call or recording, which the device switches between. Since I don't need e-call or recording, I would welcome the option of something like sleep mode or so that battery consumption is minimal on long trips.

If you leave a bike outside a shop, you'd only find out when it was stolen. For REX, the delay is a maximum of 2 seconds. What bothers me is the lack of a button to turn on or some mode that would not record the route to save battery, to record today a person has a cell phone, watch and I do not know what all. It can be switched on from the off state only by connecting a power bank or charger, but there is not always a power socket at hand and finding a power bank that would be able to supply such a low current is a problem. In addition, not everywhere there is a socket available.
