After my oval curling iron from the same line died, I decided to buy this one and I am completely unsatisfied. I thought they would have the same wattage (not listed here), but it only has 800w and that' s really not enough. I tried to return it, but after one use, a hair got inside and can' t be pulled out. I have honestly learned my lesson and will only buy from Alzy if necessary.
