The camera didn't meet a crucial requirement I had (ONVIF). On the manufacturer's website there was a FW for the type. After a few hours, support contacted me and sent me a link to the necessary FW. The camera meets all my requirements, even exceeded them in this price range.

I wouldn't hesitate to go to Reolink again. I also dealt with Reolink support and they were absolutely great - we improved the recognition of people in complete darkness after 20m - they made me a custom firmware and put the improvements into the official one. fw.

Running all the time no matter how hot, cold, or rainy it is

It may have a night range of 30m, but it can't do "smart" recognition that far at night (I'd say 15m in total darkness is the max)
