I wanted to get a protective glass without those annoying "edges" and this product seemed like an ideal candidate. I can only add that for something similar I would never decide, I can't wait now to replace the hi for it with a frame, I don't even feel that this would be of any use in case of a fall, as it is so 3mm on each side from the edge, so in a fall it still takes away the display.
