I definitely can't recommend it. The 6 foils are on one piece of "paper" and it is not at all clear what is to be glued on the watch. How many times do you peel something and you don't know what to do with it. Each foil has several layers and it is not clear which one to stick. When you manage to take one off, it only sticks in the middle and you have bubbles around the circle that can't be removed. It's hard to describe, but on the top side there is some curved paper, underneath there is probably foil (if there is) and underneath there is a covering foil that should be split in half so that it can be glued, but that was the case with 3 out of 6 pieces
Of the 6 pieces I managed to "prepare" about 3, the rest did not have the same "mechanism" for removing the bottom layer, or the film was not even there, because you keep taking off some protective layers until you suddenly have nothing left
I couldn't get either one to stick reliably, money wasted
