After 6 years, I decided to replace my old Razer Nari Ultimate, where the battery no longer lasted even 4–5 hours. Originally, I was considering the Krakens based on the specs, but in the end, the BlackSharks won out, and I'm very happy. Compared to the Nari, they don't have such pronounced bass and have a more balanced sound overall. Despite a few minor personal criticisms, they're an excellent choice.
Quality build, lots of controls on the headphones :)
They're comfortable on your head even after 6+ hours of use with glasses.
High-quality sound, better spatial awareness
A quality microphone, it improved even more after a firmware update - mute button.
Game/chat balance, potentiometer on the headphones - it's not a negative, but there could be a mechanical distinction for the transition between chat and game, there's only an audio notification in the middle and at the end.
Noise cancellation (PNC/ANC) - Passive is sufficient for medium-loud environments - I've used the active mode once so far when the grass was being cut outside and I was satisfied - and again, there's a button on the headphones :)
2.4GHz and BT connectivity options - switching between modes on the headphones (I have my mobile connected via BT, for example) and again, there's a button on the headphones for that.
After the first FW update - about 30 mins to 1 hour after turning them on, the sound cut out - turning them off and on again didn't do anything, reinstalling Synapse helped (the new update should fix this)
Cord length
This isn't so much a negative as a 'feature' – the microphone arm could be more adjustable. Sometimes you need to get the microphone completely out of the way, but so far I haven't christened it with food/drink :)
I'm probably just spoilt by the Nari, but the headphone arms could do with a 90° rotation so you can lay them on the table with the earcups facing down when you don't want them blaring out. The Blackshark only rotate about 45°.

Classic Razer nice packaging
Comfortable on the head - with the previous HyperX Cloud II and Sony PS Pulse my ears hurt after 20 minutes. With these, even after about an hour straight, totally cool
Despite some negative reviews on the internet, I think the sound in Default is pretty decent except for THX, but I guess it could be tweaked - I haven't tried it yet
Passively damping earmuffs very well
ANC works about as I would expect - dampens mostly deeper ambient tones - changes in each of the 4 levels are detectable
I returned the first piece because the right earpiece was too loose, when putting on/taking off the headphones, the right earpiece slipped off, the second piece is completely fine
After the firmware update, the LED on the dongle stopped responding as it should - white color Conecction status, Green, orange - Battery status, etc. Now it only glows green, but hopefully it will be resolved with the next firmware update
The 1.5m cable could have at least 1.8m to reach the PC on the ground in case of charging and use - I plugged into the Razer Base Station
