I had an identical one that wobbled on the toilet. Thinking it was a bad installation, I wanted to take it off, adjust it and put it back on again – during which the “click” system partially broke; it's not easy to remove. Over time, the bumpers fell apart, so I thought rather than dealing with that, I'd just buy a new one. I installed it according to the instructions and with the utmost care, and it wobbles again – when I lift the seat, the soft-close system twists the seat to one side, and when I close it, it twists to the other.
Let this review be a reminder to myself to buy a different toilet seat next time (if possible).
The soft-close works well
it moves
impossible to dismantle reasonably

The board itself is OK.
The left hinge of the "click-clack system" on three examples is not working after one year. You can't take the board off.
