Sufficient performance for applications like small home cloud etc. 16GB of RAM may seem like a lot to some, but it's quite a large capacity these days. I'm just surprised that after all this time they still haven't solved HW acceleration for rendering the screen and so even with primitive actions like turning on the browser and so on, even the mouse cursor starts to lag in Raspberry Pi OS.
I have a Pironman 5 MAX case with a tower cooler, but it doesn't overheat that much, so even a smaller cooler is enough.

GPU VideoCore VII seems like garbage, but that's probably just poor support from the SW side (untapped potential)
