It was more of a vanity after they stopped making another keyboard with a metal base that I had my eye on. In retrospect, I rate this one as the better choice.

Beautiful red
It's heavy, it doesn't ride on the table. The strength of the base is related to this, it does not twist.
There could be a slightly larger space between the left tab+caps+shift keys and the letter keys, so that you can place your fingers on WSAD by touch. There's the same gap as elsewhere.
It's true that the Czech characters don't light up, but I only use those for light or memory work. Characters important for playing are lit and that's the main thing.
