Maybe it could be used for a small box. But for a really big and heavy PC, it's totally unsuitable. It's all going to tilt to one side. My PC resonates on the mount, the noise is really annoying. I tried it one day. The next day I took it off, my PC is on the floor and I don't want to see the holder anymore.
It can really hold a very heavy box under the table.
The whole thing bends under the big box, so the PC is crooked. Looks are horrible, I'm not sure if it's ideal for running a PC either.
PC in the holder resonates, annoying sound of an otherwise silent PC.

With more weight on the PC, there is a chance that it shakes (Alza can't do anything about it because of the P movement )
Higher cases that have Ports on top are sometimes difficult to connect devices (depending on the size of the external device)
