who hesitates "if our door frames can handle it" - yes they can. I had these concerns too. The cheapest doorframes that almost crumble under their own weight, made of glued chips, really the cheapest mess. I hung it on that and. I'm fine. The lever and weight distribution works so well that the main weight pushes it perpendicular to the frame, not from the top. I also have almost 120 kg and the machine and the door frames can carry me, so you don't have to hesitate. Everything needs to be tightened properly, if for example the extension is not really tightened properly, so there is a risk that you bend it with your own weight, but when everything is tightened nicely, so it does not move and does not bend. My only complaint is the straps. When I hung them up and grabbed them with all my weight, one handle snapped. The strap is still there, but it cuts into the plastic handle. So it's rated for less weight. On the other hand, if I don't go all in, it'll probably last. If the handles were metal, this wouldn't have happened. Otherwise, it's the perfect tool for a plethora of exercises. Applying it to the door frame is a matter of a few seconds, taking it off too. Personally, I see this option as much better than drilling into a wall somewhere. Moreover, the attachment is definitely worth buying, you have many times more possibilities to practice with it. 100% recommend it to everyone.
