I wanted to try it as a "gainer" - but unfortunately I was disappointed by the tragic taste. At first I thought I hadn't washed my shaker. But even though I took a new one, I still feel a strange hot taste of protein. This product was not a success for my favorite Prom-in. I'm going back to CFM. If I can recommend a better "gainer" (protein with a high carbohydrate content), then definitely All In One from Reflex.
