An excellent solution for those who get stomach problems from powdered monohydrate. This is substantially easier on the stomach, and I mean substantially! After many experiences with other brands and alternatives, I only buy this creatine now and have no intention of changing. On the other hand, I would appreciate a 2x stronger version, because 700mg per tablet is quite low, so 4 tablets a day is my maintenance standard. The advantage is the number of tablets, so it lasts for a while. Really good value for money, but definitely the best creatine I've had so far.
