I was pleased that the wood shavings are soft and fluffy. Another advantage is that they are less smelly. Our rats love burrowing in them, so I highly recommend this bedding to everyone. Plus, it is a large pack, which suits us very well.
Suppresses odour (binds odours well, even after a longer period)
Pleasant texture (light and airy)
Doesn't stick to the pet (on their fur, paws, or belly)
Good absorbency

I've been buying these regularly for a long time. My last 2–3 orders, the shavings in the bag have been poorly compressed, so they get used up straight away, and they're also finer and dustier. The quality has gone down.
