I bought this set as a new one, because some of the scratches do not bother me as much and I was mainly concerned about the music software that should have been included, but what bothered me was the fact that the previous buyer registered the sound system on the manufacturer's website and then returned the goods so registered on his account. (And the software probably stayed with him: ) I bought it that way and fussed with the installation for 3 days. Unsuccessfully. I returned this set because it didn't contain the product I wanted in the first place.
