Someone writes here that the AV receiver cable doesn't work - that's nonsense, don't believe it, it normally works. Also, I think someone mentioned here that optics have a noticeable delay unlike metallics - also stupid. I have a PC 25m away and can play CS and everything else on it normally (the limit is definitely not the cable). Overall max satisfaction.

handles long distance transmission - I had a problem with bitstreaming TrueHD audio for 4k videos (mainly remux versions) from PC to AV receiver and projector (15m to AVR and then another 10m to PJ)

cons are based on the characteristics of fiber optic cables - it only goes one way, beware of breaking the fiber inside by bending the cable too much and large relatively heavy connectors
I complained about the cable twice, the second time it came back to me that it worked, all cases turned out the same, I stretched the cable and it worked. So this looks like how you can throw 1800 CZK out the window.
After purchasing, I found that the cable has several limitations that are not listed anywhere on the Alza website (see cons). So while the cable would probably work very well for other uses, it didn't work for my purpose of connecting my computer to the receiver and then to the TV.
