It's the most powerful ozone generator you can get. I can't compare the real honodts to anything, I don't have another generator or meters. This is a very simple device, so hopefully the durability will match that. The timer and fan seem a bit unnecessary to me. The fan doesn't blow much and the timing would be much better replaced by a programmable socket (e.g. trigger in 5 min. intervals).
