I ordered the case primarily based on the photos, where I saw that it featured the well-known Action button, and I was looking forward to setting it up to open the Camera app. Unfortunately, during a failed setup, I found out that the Action button is non-functional on the Pixel 11 series because PITAKA designed the case before they actually got their hands on the phone, and the NFC contact is poorly positioned in the case. So, if you're buying this case solely for the Action button, don't do it. PITAKA addressed this on Reddit, and instead of fixing the issue, the Action button simply won't be supported on Pixel 11 phones. :( The least they could do is update the product photos to show it without the Action button, or add a note in the description stating that the button doesn't work on the 11 series.
Pleasant and feels great in the hand
Thin but strong
It has a beautiful design
