I have a Fiskars tail, which is top of the line, but quite expensive, so I wanted to test how the cheaper ones really work, which from the description of features look like they might work just as well. So why not try to save some money, so I went to try this Pilana: -) Unfortunately, my lingering distrust in this company was confirmed. The saw is sharp, but it jams, so cutting requires a lot of force, and even starting the cut is not easy, let alone accurate, as the saw jumps and bounces around before finally managing to cut somewhere: -( I see the problem in the design of the teeth (the sharpness alone is not enough) and maybe also in the metal of which the blade is made. The Fiskars cuts virtually effortlessly, the saw glides beautifully in the cut and cutting is a breeze.
