We buy only these, they are gentle, so they don't scratch the bottom, but at the same time they wash the teeth well (but that's thanks to the sonic brush itself). When switching to these, I found them too soft for a while, because we had harder brush stems before, but we quickly got used to them and wouldn't change.
I have a feeling that those dark blue stethas that are supposed to signal the time for brush change fade too fast😀 but I personally don't follow it, I see how the brush is destroyed without looking at the colour of the stethas.
They are more comfortable than standard heads. Hopefully it won't be at the expense of durability.
