This is our third toothbrush now, the first one we successfully returned under warranty – the tip came loose. But when it came loose on the second one, the warranty had expired. I recommend getting the extended warranty, because the problem with the loose tip is relatively common and there are several tutorials on YouTube on how to fix it (tighten and secure one screw).
It makes it easier to get your child to brush their teeth
Applying the sticker requires skill and care.
The app suffers from bugs like freezing and poor rendering. It's clear that it's just an add-on and not a source of business.

we buy repeatedly
relatively robust
long battery life
fits well in a child's hand
I recommend an extended warranty. I can say from experience that after 2 years the power button may start to fail and the vibration motor may go. then it depends if it goes away before or after 2 years.

I would also appreciate a pressure detection feature, but since I'm the one doing the brushing anyway, it doesn't bother me that much. I'll definitely buy a different one for my older child.
My three-year-old daughter took to it well, she wants to brush her teeth with it every evening.
It lasts surprisingly long on a single charge, however, we only use it to clean in the evening, not in the morning.
The sticker holds well, the brush seems to work as it should.
The app is a bit silly. It got stuck several times, couldn't find the toothbrush, or didn't save the progress after brushing. Also, after two months, it's annoying me that every time I stop brushing to spit, it says something along the lines of 'don't leave Sparkly's teeth dirty'. And for more sensitive parents of children with crooked teeth, there are a few silly remarks about ugly and crooked teeth.
I would have appreciated an indicator for a low or charged battery. It probably just stops lighting up when it's charged, but it's not very clear.

So far, my experience with the electric toothbrush has been rather mixed. We bought one for our daughter to help her clean her teeth better; she hasn’t used an electric toothbrush before. The packaging didn’t contain any instructions for use at all, just some sort of safety instructions; we then found a set of instructions in English on the manufacturer’s website. We’ve installed the app, and it connects to the toothbrush, but the controls and settings are very odd, for example, cleaning time: just 1 min. The app shows which area to clean, but it doesn’t wait for anything and, as far as I can tell, doesn’t detect whether any cleaning is actually taking place at all, let alone the correct position and pressure (which was the main reason for buying the toothbrush in the first place – to ensure proper cleaning). Does the cleaning time count down even when the toothbrush isn’t in your mouth at all, but is just vibrating in the air and not cleaning anything at all!? Perhaps we’ve misunderstood something (but that just goes to show once again that there’s no user guide explaining the features and how to use them properly, so we’re just fumbling around and trying things out), but in any case, the functionality falls completely short of expectations.
The sticker’s still sticking for now
It’s vibrating – probably just as it should
unclear / missing instructions
The toothbrush doesn’t detect at all whether it’s actually in the mouth and whether it’s cleaning the teeth
No detection of the correct position of the toothbrush, pressure applied, etc.
Unclear settings in the app – the toothbrush is set to just one minute, and we haven’t been able to find a way to change this to a brushing time of at least two minutes to ensure our teeth are properly cleaned, so we run the cycle twice in a row, which is a bit odd

The app kept the child entertained for a few days
decent battery life on a single charge
After a year, the toothbrush fell apart, the brush head came loose, and the toothbrush was unusable. Complaint resolved; item replaced with another one. Another year and a half on, and the same problem – naturally, the warranty had already expired.
The stickers don’t stick, but that was to be expected

Stickers don't stick
We stopped using it after a while. I think he's too aggressive. The bristles sting terribly.

We have been satisfied with the device for a long time. Ca the first year we also used an app to teach cleaning, which the child liked. The toothbrush broke down just before the end of the third year of the extended warranty that we got (an extra year of warranty) by registering the device on the Philips website. The brand's customer service is very professional, the device packed by me for the claim was picked up by a courier, the claim acknowledged and we received a replacement device.
We have been satisfied with the brush for a long time
