I had a previous model of sonic toothbrush that broke, so I needed a replacement. So far the brush works without problems, but I have it for a short time, so it remains to be seen how long it will last.
Purchased model is HX9914/57 in color combination black/white. For me it is an ideal gift for an anniversary or an event where you want to gift two people at the same time (Christmas, wedding, etc.). I recommend consulting with a hygienist before buying, I did not do so and I wasted money on two more cartridges (Sencor and Oclean) and so I bought a third one for myself and my girlfriend (for her birthday). After purchase, I recommend registering to extend the warranty to 3 years. The battery is good enough for me but it is the weakest I have seen in sonic cards so far. The performance is excellent, after two minutes on the lowest intensity (I have slightly sensitive teeth) with the supplied head I have great clean teeth. I recommend to use it with non-penetrating paste (I generally recommend to use non-penetrating paste), otherwise you will play Vesuvius (tried on my girlfriend).

Efficient and effective sonic toothbrush. Thanks to the Easy Start mode, the transition from a normal toothbrush to this sonic toothbrush has been made easier and more pleasant. The brush battery lasts up to 14 days, which is great for holidays. The package contains 2 brushes, 2 heads and 2 charging stations. Unfortunately, there is no case of any kind included, either charging or travel. At least one of these for each toothbrush would be handy.
Purchased as a replacement for the previous generation Philips Sonicare toothbrush. For now, complete satisfaction. The only drawback so far is probably the limited possibility to buy replacement heads.

There is no possibility of immediate replacement.
I would welcome an immediate replacement at this price point. I can't imagine waiting, like, three weeks for a repair
