I don't rate the quality of the brush. I appreciate the fact that there is no charger included. The "power adapter not included to reduce electronic waste" message would only make sense if it were USB-C. So now I have to get a charger that I don't have with for anything else I need! Where's the savings.

The brush has 3 intensities. I can sort of understand. But it also has 3 modes: clean, sensitive, white. But I couldn't find out exactly how these modes are different (yes, I understand from the name what they are for, but I would like to know more details about these modes. e.g. in what else the vibrations of the brush are manifested in which mode).
The mobile app that you can pair with the brush via BT is a chapter in itself. I really don't understand why the app FORCES registration/login to a Philips account. I understand that someone needs to sync their toothbrush data between multiple devices via this account, but it probably shouldn't be "mandatory". The toothbrush costs enough to keep me from having to create some other identity with my personal information in some pofidered Philips cloud. So I don't even know what the app does (and if it doesn't have the explanation of the brush modes I'm looking for). Ugh, shame on you, Philip dog!
