After the first use I thought the product would go in the trash, but you get used to it. Don't touch your tongue, don't touch your tooth with plastic. I wouldn't go back to a regular toothbrush now. Three brush modes strikes me as marketing. I couldn't tell the difference between them.

A handheld brush already feels like a clumsy, rough brush.
It takes a while to get used to the vibrations upstairs. But that is more of a comment than a negative.

The Philips Sonicare toothbrush is really great. I enjoy how perfectly it cleans my teeth and gums. It's that feeling when you brush your teeth that feels really smooth and clean. Plus, it's really comfortable to hold, and it lasts well on a single charge. The only thing I would change if I could is the ability to vary the cleaning strength.
