We own an older generation toothbrush (5years) and wanted to get a new one because it's already showing it's had some work done and we expected it to be better and it's not
We also thought that the brush performance was reduced. But compared to the new one, it still oscillates faster
Completely missing the rubberized grip part, so the brush is hard to hold
The plastic used looks cheap, it rattles when the brush head is inserted
I switched to this sonic toothbrush from a cheap oscillating toothbrush and the difference is really huge. Not only in a nicer design, but also much quieter operation and longer battery life. If this is your first sonic toothbrush, it will be a little unusual, the cleaning is very different. But the main thing is not to worry about it, after a couple of uses it will be absolutely fine and you will praise yourself how well the teeth are cleaned. I've been using it for 2 weeks and I wouldn't change it again.
