The brush has three cleaning modes, but you cannot adjust the intensity/strength of the cleaning. The modes differ from each other primarily in length - Clean is a classic two-minute program, White has an extra 30 seconds for cleaning more yellowed teeth. Gum Care is the longest and adds a minute of gentler cleaning intensity for gum massage (3 minutes in total).

Compared to the old sonicare brush, it is lighter, it is not rubberized, so it is also thinner and picks up the imperfections that really bothered me on the old brush. For example, now, during cleaning, after pressing the button, the program pauses and continues on the next press, which restarted the interval with the old one, and the program started all over again. Overall, it cleans great. My teeth are now whiter and I would definitely buy again.
I switched from an older discontinued Sonicare brush. Compared to it, this brush has an oscillation frequency of the head bristles that is about half as high, and you can tell. I haven' t had such clean teeth in a long time.

I switched to the brush from the basic brush from Eta (for testing, I used only regular brushes before) and it' s like going from a Skoda 120 to a new Mercedes E. The toothbrush oscillates strongly, you only need to turn it on in your mouth, otherwise the toothpaste will basically fall out of it immediately.
After cleaning my teeth, I feel almost like after visiting a dental hygienist. After 30 seconds, which are intended to clean one row of teeth on one side, the brush immediately switches to another 30-second interval. Here I would welcome a pause of 1-1.5 seconds so that the person has time to move to the other side/row of teeth. Overall, I' m happy with the brush and I have no intention of going back to the regular one.
