I had to replace my previous Philips 9000 series razors because the original replacement heads were no longer available. I'm sorry. Otherwise, the machines were without problems, the battery held like new. they just didn't shave anymore. Instead of the expensive S9000, I have now bought the S5000 with the intention of replacing it sooner if needed. I did the right thing. The machine shaves well, is quiet, just a bit bigger and harder to hold than the previous S9000. There is no charging adapter in the package anymore, only a cable with USB-A on one end and a custom Philips connector on the other - too bad if they didn't want to save a few cents and put USB-C in there, so the cable doesn't need to include any.
