After about a year, it started cutting weaker ( tearing the hair when cutting) I thought it was related to the blades dulling - I later realized it was due to a drop in power. After approx. 1,5 years the flashlight went out completely. The machine wouldn't turn on at all. I complained about it and they replaced it with a new one. I had a similar experience with a similar model from Philips about 3-4 years ago - then it also stopped working but already out of warranty.
In short - I will definitely never buy a Philips razor again.
