clear way to select a drink
the milk container is really easy to wash
makes a ripening coffee with good foam
according to the info, you have to descale literally after a few thousand coffees (the previous delonghi annoyed me with this about every month)
But I would buy it again!: -)
very noisy grinder (compared to the delonghi model we had)
small milk container (two large cappuccinos and need to be refilled)
no programmable button for favourite drinks
the water container on the side is not rigid and is easily squeezed
the water container does not have a top cap which results in occasional spills if I refill it
no heating surface for cups
can't just make separate frothed milk
the coffee waste container is unnecessarily placed behind the silver cover (it could have been in one piece which would have made it easier to handle when throwing away the leftovers)
the cover for the milk container is either useless or should have been attached because it can only be placed on the container and it is so unstable and cheap
