A little noisier when grinding coffee, however, this is expected when buying and it belongs to grinding coffee. It's not a major negative feature for us: -)
The coffee maker has a height adjustable coffee dispensing spout, this would also be useful for the milk frother: -) But it's not a total complication.
Otherwise, there is no fundamental negative function.
