I am absolutely delighted - a quick shave without irritated skin. It also minimized my ingrown hairs. I missed the detailed instructions a bit, but you can find instructional videos on the Philips website. Great battery life. I haven't even had a chance to try all the attachments yet.

it doesn't shave perfectly, short hairs remain. My 10 year old Phillips shaver shaves better smooth, but unfortunately I can't get replacement blades for it anymore
