given the low price, it is not so much a negative as an objective observation - it is a cheap plastic that looks fragile at first glance. In addition, the hairdryer arrived with a cracked plastic part under the temperature and speed controls - it's probably held together by the paint and construction but a closer look shows fibers where the plastic didn't hold up
