I' m testing one day and considering a return. I bought the headphones mainly because I could be heard anywhere during the call, as I use them for business. In one day of the test, everyone is happy with the microphone that hears me, but the problem is on the sound side of the headphones, because when I speak so slightly and sometimes they fall out, especially when I called via Teams, google meet, messenger and discord.
It' s a little better with a normal call, but it screams when I talk.
I don' t know what it is. I' d like to keep my headphones. Is it possible that this will be fine-tuned?
