these chains are for someone who only goes to the mountains once, twice at most.
in the snow they work
once they're on, they're centered by driving
they are not self-tightening - the tightening mechanism is a rubber band and not a cable that only tightens but no longer loosens.
They are hard to put on winter tires and even harder to take off because the rubber keeps pulling off.
