Alza is totally lying and probably other people here in reviews which I totally don't understand why. this bed (pillow) is not machine washable! It doesn't have a removable cover and there's no way it will fit in the washing machine. It can only be hand washed. I got a note from the official website. Unfortunately, I don't know how well yet, because we have only had the den for a few days. Another minus is for being difficult.
