The crib is very nice, stable, quality design (combination of solid wood, metal and plastic parts). The beech legs complement our solid beech bed beautifully and look very luxurious in the bedroom. The cot is comfortably handled on wheels, they do not scratch, individual wheels can be braked. The cot is adjustable in height, it is possible to make a slope. It has the possibility of swinging (but it can also be fixed so that it doesn't swing), however, swinging is only possible by a very small angle for safety reasons, I would probably like it if it could be more.
It takes about 30 minutes to assemble the cot, there is a carry bag and somewhere the cot is also presented as a travel cot - but I would say that it is not quite so easy to fold (screws, keys, etc. ), the effort to dismantle and assemble it would be worth it in case of a week stay somewhere, but for frequent trips to grandparents for the weekend I would give it up and leave the bed at home.
The package includes a mattress with an outer cover (it is really only presented as an outer cover, not a sheet), the outer cover is soaked through. I recommend buying two more waterproof sheets here on Alza - they fit the mattress perfectly.
The only thing that bothers me a bit about the crib are the safety straps to attach the crib to the double bed (not their existence, but their design). If they sewed the two buckles backwards, it's much better and safer for the parents - the strap would be tightly fastened around the side of the bed and only one separate strap would be attached to the cot. This way the straps around the sidewall are loose, it actually makes an eye that rolls around on the floor when the crib is unbuckled, I can see myself killing myself over it when I get up at night. I think I'll redo the buckles or take the straps off.
