So far only tried putting the carrier on the ball, and three wheels on the carrier. Looks pretty stable. I'll try it out when I'm driving next week.

The carrier is assembled, only the "paws" are assembled - 15 min. Easy to put on, everything holds. You just need to figure out how to put the wheels so they don't touch - which is happening in some parts - i.e. need to be wrapped in some cloth.
