Easy installation (just put it in the slot and secure with a screw)
Speed - I switched from a classic drive, and the difference in speed is really noticeable.
Physical size - even though I've had similar drives in my hands, I'm always surprised by their small size. When plugged in, it does not interfere, there are no cables, you practically do not even notice it on the board.
Only the disc is in the package, it would be useful to include a fixing screw. Luckily, I had some in my stash.
