I have been using this paste for a long time and would not change for another. I had a problem with bleeding gums and it helped me a lot. If the bleeding is heavy, I recommend using Parodontax extra 0.2% mouthwash. In conjunction with this mouthwash, problems in the oral cavity have the slightest chance.
The paste is a great help with gum problems.
The whitening effects are really noticeable,
