The most balanced sound I've come across. Lots of bass, but it doesn't spill over into the mids. They can handle all genres of music.
If you increase the treble in the equalizer by one notch, the sound brightens up a bit more.
They fit so well in my ears that it's not enough to just pull the cord, I have to actually "take them out" of my ears.
Panasonic is not a brand known for its headphones, but these are really good. I bought one and then another (just in case they stopped selling them)
From the sound of it, I'd put them in the several times more expensive category
I had expensive Sennheisers - they had about 10-15% more detail in the treble and highs, but they lacked bass so I returned them.
