Since the old epilator stopped working after years, I figured I'd invest in this one to make it go in one fell swoop. Unfortunately, the opposite is true, even when I have it at full speed, I might go over one spot 3 times and it still sticks there. So I'm referring to the beard on the sides of my cheeks, which I've never shaved, so they're not even hard. The previous epilator handled it well and it didn't hurt that much either. It hurts and it sucks with this. I asked my wife how it was working for her and she said she had given up, that it wasn't tearing. Well, hopefully I'll have better luck next time.
