A great thing for parents whose child refuses to sleep alone. It saved our son from bronchitis. We have not experienced any of the described user problems.

Tried multiple environments and wifi networks. Apparently, the sock has so little transmission power that it disconnects. Bad design of the device, which does not allow use, or the product is defective. But the service refuses to acknowledge the defect.
