It glows even with water inside
It's an interesting water decoration after the water has flowed
In normal rain, water has leaked into the bulbs.
The complaint was rejected by Alsa twice due to breach of warranty - there is water in the bulbs.
According to Alza's claims department, outdoor lights must be IP67, this is "only" IP44
