Nowhere does it say that an adapter is needed.
If your lights don't have a clip to secure the bulb, you can't get those lights in without an adapter.

I wanted them in the distance on the BMW E65 and I don' t fit there. in the BMW E65 there is such a special holder for classic light bulbs and you just won' t cram this.

I bought the bulbs as a replacement for other LEDs and the color expression is a bit colder but it still corresponds to ordinary cars with factory LEDs / xenons. If they are properly installed (ideally in projector headlights) they do not dazzle at all and have the correct refraction of light, I personally passed the MOT with a check on a regloscope without a single reproach.
Mounting bulbs can be a bit problematic if you have a wire holder. A relatively large radiator can interfere and I personally had to take out all the lights to have enough access and space.
The question will be longevity, compared to other LEDs it is stated as 750h for 3% of defective pieces (b3) and 2000h for 63% of defective pieces (Tc) on the other hand ordinary H7 has stated 330 or 1000h, moreover with a 3 year warranty it is not so poorly.
Better luminosity
They have a perfect refraction of light in the lens
The price / performance ratio is quite decent

Even when adjusting the headlights, it dazzles. Light distribution completely first compared to a classic light bulb. Even in the new halogen lights, they glow noticeably worse than better light bulbs.
