The cable I need is rather from USB-C dock Thinkpad (straight end) to NB Thinkpad (90° end)
The connector goes into the NB without any problems, the dock is too big and won't fit - probably a DIY will be needed: -)
But I have tested that it works - straight end to USB-C on Dell P2419HC monitor, the other end to Thinkpad T15 (Thunderbolt), it transmits the signal without limitation and the NB is powered through it, so I just need one 230V cable to the monitor.
