It cleans teeth better than newer ones with a bevelled grain (best toothbrushes ever for teeth that have not been cleaned all day).
It cleans the interdental spaces so well that I have to remove the mess that comes out on the other side of the tooth

A bit overkill for conscientious sprinters (cannon for sparrows), but a NECESSITY for the flacks.
Bigger than all the others, so it is necessary to push in the back parts with a toothpick, because as they are big they push just by the way they are wedged between the teeth and the inner side of the shape (these are the biggest round-headed toothpicks).
They are not for people who mentally can't push the brush away from the tooth when cleaning (they really have to) - which is why the newer range of bevelled-fibre brushes don't clean so well (so they can be smaller).
